In import form, click "Select Columns" button.
In "Select Columns" dialog, uncheck the box for the columns that you want to skip, click "OK" button.
2. Logon error: "SQL Server does not exist or access denied" or "Specified SQL Server not found"
If you are using Windows 2000, you need install MDAC version 2.8 from:

3. Logon error: "ConnectionOpen (Invalid Instance())"
On Logon form, "Server" should be "host,port" like "PAN,1433" , or "ip,port" like "192.168.0.2,1433".
