Transfer data from multiple similar SQL Server tables to a single Percona table

Login to SQL Server and Percona -> Select source SQL Server tables -> Set the target Percona table -> Copy SQL Server data to Percona

Choose source SQL Server database and logon.

Choose target Percona database and logon.
