Login to SQL Server and Azure -> Enter source SQL Server query -> Set target Azure table -> Copy SQL Server query data to Azure table

Choose source SQL Server database and logon.

Choose target Azure database and logon.

Click “Convert From Query” at task dialog.

then show the wizard.
