Transfer data from multiple similar SQLite tables to a single PostgreSQL table
Login to SQLite and PostgreSQL -> Select source SQLite tables -> Set the target PostgreSQL table -> Copy SQLite data to PostgreSQL
Choose source SQLite database and logon.
Choose target PostgreSQL database and logon.
