Convert Text to Speech by CSV
Start TTSBatchConverter, click “Convert CSV / TSV”.
then show the converting form, choose a CSV / TSV file to convert.
Set “Name Column” for audio file name.
Set “Text Column” for text to convert to speech.
Choose “Voice”.
Adjust “Rate”.
Choose “Audio Format”.
Choose “File Format”, .wav or .mp3.

Both CSV and TSV are file formats, so what differs below is how each one chooses to represent a value.
