At WithData Software, we stand behind the quality of RedisDataStudio and offer a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee for all paid licenses (Annual and Perpetual). If you are not completely satisfied with RedisDataStudio for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase.

To be eligible for a full refund, your request must meet the following criteria:
- Submitted within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date (based on the payment confirmation timestamp).
- Made for a valid purchase of RedisDataStudio Annual License or Perpetual License (free trials are not eligible for refunds).
- Not associated with fraudulent activity, abuse, or violation of our Terms of Service.
Important Note
Refunds are processed for the full purchase amount (excluding any applicable taxes or transaction fees charged by payment processors such as PayPal or credit card companies).
2. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:
- Requests submitted after the 30-day guarantee period has expired.
- Purchases made more than 30 days prior to the refund request.
- Abuse of the refund policy (e.g., multiple refund requests for the same product, using the full features of the software for commercial purposes before requesting a refund).
- Licenses that have been transferred, shared, or used in violation of our licensing terms.
- Refund requests for free trials, promotional licenses, or beta versions of RedisDataStudio.
- Issues related to user error (e.g., incorrect Redis server configuration, lack of technical knowledge to use the software, incompatible hardware/operating systems).
3. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, follow these simple steps:
- Gather your purchase details: Prepare your order number, email address used for purchase, and payment confirmation (receipt/invoice).
- Submit a refund request: Contact our support team via email or the support ticket system (see contact details below) with the subject line: "RedisDataStudio Refund Request - [Your Order Number]".
- Provide a brief explanation: Include a short description of why you are requesting a refund (this helps us improve our product and service).
- Wait for review: Our support team will review your request within 1-2 business days and confirm eligibility.
- Receive confirmation: If approved, you will receive a confirmation email with details about the refund processing timeline.
4. Refund Processing & Timeline
- Approved refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of the approval notification.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
- Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 3-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account (this is determined by your bank/credit card company, not WithData Software).
- You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed and sent to your payment provider.
5. License Termination After Refund
Upon processing of your refund:
- Your RedisDataStudio license key will be deactivated immediately and will no longer function.
- You must uninstall and cease all use of RedisDataStudio.
- Any data or configurations saved with the software will remain on your local machine, but you will no longer have access to the software to manage it.
6. Dispute Resolution
If your refund request is denied and you believe it was done in error:
- You may submit an appeal with additional supporting information within 7 days of the denial notification.
- Our customer success team will review the appeal and provide a final decision within 2 business days.
- All final decisions are made at the sole discretion of WithData Software, in accordance with our Terms of Service and applicable laws.

7. Policy Updates
WithData Software reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our products after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
